Return and Refund Policy

General Return Policy

We have a policy of Return & Refund within 3 days of delivery of the Product. In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

1. In general, an item may be eligible for refund/return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

• Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
• Is different from what was ordered
• Is different from its description on the product detail page on https://ChemicalBull.com.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.

Return Eligibility

In case of returning the product, the customer needs to inform us within 3 days of receiving the order. In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported in 2-3 working day from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).

 If the product is delivered damaged, in such cases:

• The customer should not accept/unload the product from transport, he needs to inform us through Email (info@chemicalbull.com) or call us at 9696960250 (Helpline Number) within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
• Once the product is accepted by the customer in a damaged condition, it will lose its return eligibility.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging as delivered to you.
• The customer will have to send the product on his own to: 123/124, Panchratna Building, Char Rasta, G.I.D.C, Vapi-396195, Dist.-Valsad, Gujarat – India 

Once sent, the customer needs to share the Transporter Detail/Courier slip along with the following bank details at info@chemicalbull.com :

1. Bank Name
2. Account number
3. Account holder name (Same as registered with https://ChemicalBull.com)
4. IFSC Code

In case, after receiving the product if we found any discrepancy by our Quality inspection team, we will re-ship the product to the customer and in that case, the customer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.

Refund Policy

Once the order gets canceled, the amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.

By Cheque/Net Banking/By DD – 2-4 business days

If the transaction is done through NEFT and Cheque then the customer needs to share the below-mentioned details at our 

Email Id - info@chemicalbull.com from the registered email id along with, 

1. Account number
2. Account Holder name
3. IFSC Code 

After receiving the required information for a refund, It will be processed in 2 business days and the same will reflect in your account in another 2-4 business days.
